However, with no time to return the goofballs back to the herd, the bumbling buffoons tag along. They immediately have a run-in with ruthless, intelligent triceratops Orson (Utkarsh Ambudkar), who’s returned from exile and is out for revenge, plotting to rid the land of mammals to preserve the dinosaurs’ ecosystem.īuck, who shares a dark past with the villainous egomaniac, knows that he needs to rescue his world, but can’t do so with the brothers hindering the mission. So overall: 4.5/10 Nouthing special.Disobeying their sister’s wishes, Crash and Eddie set off on their own across the wilderness and unwittingly stumble back into the Lost World, a hidden prehistoric paradise populated by both dinosaurs and mammals, one of them being their pal Buck Wild (voiced by series stalwart Simon Pegg). So overall it's fine I had a decent time with this movie but I'll probably skip this movie if I was to do an Ice age marathon. But I think Buck is still fun, and the story tries to have an emotional moment which doesn't quite work but I can still admire them doing it. And the movie felt really dull and not as fun as it could of been. And the jokes sometimes land but sometimes they don't lift of the ground. And Buck and Zeze whatever her name is, well they had fallen out, and became friends off screen so that's a bonus, they do make up really quickly which doesn't work for me, they should of made it a bit longer. The different voice cast, didn't work all that well. The way the characters move at times can be really distracting at times, this is because the characters move really stupidly, and sometimes the animation can be pretty poor, but that's because of the budget. The animation style is still cool and neat though.
